Rahul Kohli – The Outback, 4 November

Join Rahul Kohli for an hour of true life storytelling that includes drug related escapades with his lifelong childhood best friend Spekky Rizwan, as well as tales from travels, and peculiar incidents involving being pee’d on by a tiger, nearly killed by a firebreathing dragon, and killing as a hobby.

He is the 2017 NATYS winner as well as the 2016 Chortle Student Comedian of the Year Runner Up, and in his short time in comedy has acquired TV credits for BBC Big Asian Comedy Night in 2015 and 16, writing and performing credits for BBC Radio 4’s State of the Nation, BBC Radio 3’s The Verb, and writing credits for BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz.

He has gained a reputation on the circuit in the UK having gigged for The Comedy Store, Glee, The Stand and Komedia all on their weekends. He has also done international work in the Netherlands for the Utrecht International Comedy Festival, ComedyHuis Utrecht, Kbaadaboom Comedy Club and Boom Chicago. His debut solo show Newcastle Brown Male debuted at the Fringe last year gaining rave reviews. (Full CV & Review links available upon request)
